We are manufacturing Vertical & Horizontal pressure leaf filter for edible oil refinery plant from 3 M2 to 120 M2. These filters are used for filtration of liquid with 5-6% Solid content.

Pressure Leaf Filter is vertical Tank in which filter leaves are vertically mounted on a common pipe manifold for carrying filtered Oil. The filter leaves, which are stainless steel wire cloth mounted on S.S. frame, filter on both sides thus providing a large filter area in a relatively small vessels. To facilitate the discharge of cake, large size bottom outlet valve is provided. The filter is equipped with Pneumatic vibrator for cake discharge.

    The refining of FATS and OILS is comprised of De-gumming, Alkali refining and Water wash. There are few choices to choose; short/long mixed process with De-gumming or Gum Conditioning. Fats and Oils conjoining gums and FFA (Free Fatty Acid) are required lo be removed by Refining Process for producing quality refined oil. We provides a perfect process using Centrifuges from the Best Manufacturers.

    Process Incorporated

    A) Water Degumming, Neutralisation & Washing.

    • We have developed three routes here to process Solvent extracted Soya oil as under,
    • Water degumming(Hot Long Mix process)
    • Neutralization(Hot Long Mix process)
    • Water washing short mix process. Depending on the quality of oil, we can select and run specific process for best possible results

    B) Continuous Bleaching

    • The plant is designed to process the Neutral oil in the following steps,

    Economically designed Deodorizer and Physical Refining Plant for different Oil & Lower Capacities provides our company the edge. Physical Refining process is necessary for the removal of Free Fatty Acid, and also to use Steam Distillation method at high temperature and under high vacuum; it’s then followed by Deodorization and before deodorization for removal of free fatty acid an extra Technical facility is also added.

    Unacceptable odor due to Steam Deodorization process is removed through Steam Distillation; plus the Odoriferous Compounds are stripped off with the help of live injected steam into heated oil under high vacuum.


    The features of the Physical Refining & Deodorization are as follows:

    • Large surface area exposure to vacuum.
    • Minimum carry over of oil with fatty acids.
